If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive Refund and Returns Policy to help resolve any issues. 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most jewelry items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition of the Item: The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned with all original packaging, including boxes, bags, and any certificates or documentation that came with the product.
  • Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, to complete the return process.

Please note that some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom jewelry (unless defective).
  • Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless damaged or defective).
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at contact@zonetopicjewelry.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: After receiving the RA number, securely package the item and ship it back to us. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refund Process

After your return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error or defective product.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage in your return request to help expedite the process.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that certain fees are non-refundable:

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
